Minimum requirements:

At least 5-years' experience as a Project Manager
A registered Assessor or Moderator
Successfully completed their ODETDP(occupationally directed education, training and development practitioner)
Good written & verbal communication skills
Customer centricity
Build and maintain healthy relationships with core business customers
Manage all assigned projects from start to end to ensure quality delivery within the agreed timelines
Ensure learning facilitation requirements are in place
Measure customer satisfaction during and post projects
Perform moderation duties
Hold monthly status meetings with clients and deliver a monthly status report to the clients and Operations Manager
Ensure roll-out plan and learning program timetables are implemented according to schedule
Ensure that logistical requirements of the project are met
Provide weekly reports on projects to Operations Manager
Ensure that project documents are filed, cleaned up and archived, either physically or electronically
Ensure Point of Entries are created, up to date and assessed
