Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of liquid separation projects, including equipment installations, system upgrades, and process optimizations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and performance metrics.
- Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on liquid separation technologies, such as membrane filtration, centrifugation, or ion exchange.
- Strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, including an understanding of chemical, physical, and biological principles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and MS Office suite.
