Project Manager - Access/scaffolding, Insulation and Painting (Unit Rate Contracts) - Secunda - Mpumalanga
Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager (Access/scaffolding, Insulation and Painting) on Petrochemical projects
Must have experience with Unit Rate Contracts
Commercial experience from tender to invoice to claims
Cost control - manage costs against revenue
Experience managing safety/quality/planning/ QS/ site administration/ stores/ workshops/ on-site operations / sound labour relations and employment law
Must have the ability to manage maintenance and projects
Experience with Business Development
Experience managing all aspects of Operations
