As a Project Manager, your role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on budget and schedule. You'll collaborate with teams to define project objectives, create plans, and track progress. Communication with stakeholders is key to managing expectations effectively. You'll monitor project status, address risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence within the team are also part of your responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BEng), preferably in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in project management within the mineral processing and mining industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of metallurgical or chemical processes. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
