My international client within the Automotive sector based in Midrand, presently has an exciting vacancy for a Project Manager Direct Sales: Business and IT Task Coordination this is a fantanstic opportunity to join a growing team, kindly submit all applications to Kyle.Govendermediro-ict.co.za WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Working with the Group Sales teams, Group Retailers (Dealers) & a Software Supplier to deliver an updated Direct Sales Platform for Direct Sales for the company, MINI and Motorrad brands. Supporting various feature work streams and changes to designs and/or development based on aligned business decisions (comments in Jira) Preparation of presentations on progress updates, milestones, feature development, risks. Supporting meetings with various key stakeholders and teams to ensure product delivery. Engaging in meetings on workstream topics to drive decisions and following through to implementation in design/development. Engaging with Retailers, Suppliers and Development teams on feature requirements Understanding of and experience with CRM systems and integration of triggers into CRM solutions. Understanding of retail sales in an omni-channel environment. Supporting Testing and Quality Assurance to deliver the end product from a quality perspective and ensure bugs are raised and fixed in a timely manner. Communication with internal stakeholders, company AG, international and local suppliers, and retailer network. Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices. Support delivery of all compliance topics. WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? Graduate degree, 3- 5 years working as as a Project Manager, Software Delivery Experience, Automotive sales experience highly advantageous. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Project Management Experience IT System Experience (especially Automotive) Communication and Interpersonal Skills Understanding Business Objectives (Commercial Skills) Analytical and Critical Thinking Collaboration and Teamwork Adaptability Ability to Engage with Internal teams & External Supplier Ability to Align Decisions Excellent Organisational Skills Detail-oriented Excellent Time Management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Ability to understand and document processes in detail.
