Description We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to work within our team, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management, demonstrating a profound understanding of effective project planning, organization, and execution. The successful individual must proactively identify potential issues, taking pre-emptive measures to address concerns before they escalate. The Project Manager should adeptly formulate plans aligned with project goals and inspire their team to operate with efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES : Project Oversight: Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating resources and vendors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and employ verification techniques to manage changes effectively. Utilize appropriate systems and tools to measure project performance and track key indicators. Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, escalating issues as necessary and minimizing project risks through effective risk management. Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors, maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout. Data Coordination: Gather and analyse data, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and process automation. Implement and manage automated data processes, oversee data integrations, and support data extraction, migration, and integration efforts. Reporting Management: Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop processes for reconciliation, control, and exception reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. Administrative Support: Research and evaluate software options, administer various applications/programs within the organization, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required. Risk Mitigation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and enact controls to minimize business risk within the scope of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management. Principles of Project Management Certificate Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a systems or technology-related role Finance /Procurement experience preferred SKILLS Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Technical expertise in systems and technology, including experience with system implementation and maintenance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts is preferred Apply Now
