The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. They will utilize agile or iterative project management methodologies to drive efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing project timelines and resources, facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, and identifying and mitigating risks. Project Manager required. Requirements is as follows - Grade 12 Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is required. Strong project management skills specific to software development projects. Ability to serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding software development teams in Agile practices. Experience in software development processes, methodologies, and best practices, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance. Basic understanding of software development technologies, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to engage with technical teams and understand technical challenges and solutions. Proficiency in presenting project updates, findings, and recommendations using clear and engaging communication techniques to convey complex information effectively. Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal) Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in dynamic environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make decisions quickly and effectively. Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions to reach consensus and resolve issues. Effective organizational, budget and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
