Our client delivers innovative agricultural, commercial, and industrial renewable energy solutions. The Head Office is based in Howick, KwaZulu Natal, but they are growing and working locally and nationally. A position for a dynamic Project Manager is available to a candidate who will be able to see the renewable energy initiatives in their entirety from inception to completion. Ability to create and carry out Programme of Works (PoW) Liaison link between internal and external stakeholders Conduction site investigations and feasibility studies Prepare and manage project budgets Develop project scope and timelines Produce progress reports Manage and appoint subcontractors Identify risks and solutions Create handover documents for the implementation teams Ensure understanding of subcontracts, service agreements and quotes Work with other PM and Estimators on developing estimates and creating proposals Monitoring what is happening in the field and reporting to office staff and stakeholders Admin related duties Manage and develop a team of technical professionals Degree in Project Management, Business or related field, PMP qualification PMI membership advantageous Own vehicle and license Ability to work in Howick and travel to sites Min 3 years experience working with multi-discipline teams Experience with PM tools (Gant Charts) Very strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in Renewable Energy environment hugely advantageous Exceptional work ethics.
