Project Manager - Retail Industry - Cape Town Region

Hire Resolve is currently representing a reputable company in the retail industry that is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Cape Town. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee projects within the retail industry from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the retail industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering retail projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
