A leading energy company is expanding its team and is seeking professionals to manage offshore projects, electrical designs, and to install and commission automation projects. Design, install, troubleshoot, program, and commission VSD systems using Siemens, ABB, or Danfoss Design, install, troubleshoot, program, and commission PLC systems Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and detailed designs for Electrical, Electronic, and C&I-related projects Design and commission switchboards, motor control centers, and remote IO panels Test and commission electrical systems both locally and offshore Compile data packs and technical reports for completed projects and field service activities Support engineering and maintenance departments with training Implement cost-effective solutions for updating existing applications Skills & Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Professional registration with ECSA is advantageous Extensive experience with AutoCAD Electrical Experience in commissioning and fault-finding variable speed drives Experience in installing, servicing, and commissioning ABB and Danfoss VSDs Familiarity with ETAP and TIA Portal S7 Simatic Manager Qualification: Ndip / BTech in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
