Project/Production Controller - Boksburg

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Project/Production Controller to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the project/production process to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, production teams, and senior executives, to develop and execute project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project/production management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Developing and implementing project/production plans Monitoring and controlling project/production progress Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules Coordinating with project managers and production teams Preparing and presenting project/production reports Identifying and addressing project/production risks and issues Ensuring quality control and compliance with standards Managing project/production documentation and records Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in project/production management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of project/production management methodologies Proficiency in project management software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
