Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. Duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks. Job Description: Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results Analyze financial information and summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Participate in financial standards setting and in budget forecast process Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Assist with tax audits and tax returns and support month-end and year-end close process Complete Financial Reports for onsite team. Budget preparations, accrual entries, etc Financial and data analyst Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Prepare and update weekly sales reports by division showing margins Requirements Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field 3 years of experience as General Accountant, Finance Analyst, or similar role Strong experience in general ledger functions and month-end/year-end processes Advanced knowledge on MS Office and communication tools Strong research, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal English business communication skills
