Financial Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Cost Control Accounts Payable and Receivable Financial Analysis Tax Compliance Audit Preparation Cash Management Tenant Relations Skills & Experience: Previous experience in property management accounting would be highly advantageous Skilled in accounting principles and financial analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – liaising directly with individuals in US Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an exciting fast-paced environment Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
