Subway Trading /Properties Group. A Property Administrator Assistant's main responsibility will be to support the property management team in efficiently managing and maintaining properties. You will assist with administrative tasks, tenant relations, lease processing, and property maintenance coordination. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the properties and provide excellent customer service to tenants. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and databases related to leases, tenants, vendors, and property maintenance. Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate and schedule property tours, inspections, and move-ins/move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants. Lease Processing: Assist the property management team in processing lease agreements, including drafting lease documents, obtaining signatures, and communicating lease terms and conditions to tenants. Coordinate lease renewals and rent increases as per the company policies. Property Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs. Communicate with vendors, schedule appointments, and ensure timely response to maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure completion and tenant satisfaction. Document Management: Organize and maintain property documents, including leases, contracts, insurance policies, and warranties.
