A property management and leasing Company is looking for a Property Administrator to manage the rent roll on the group of properties and tenants. Recording and reconciling rent payments, deposits, fees, and expenses for each property and tenant. Preparing and sending invoices, statements, and notices to tenants and vendors. Processing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring timely payments. Maintaining and updating tenant and vendor records and files in MDA. Preparing weekly and monthly reports requested by Executive Management. Communicating with property managers, tenants, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any financial issues or queries. A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate bookkeeping or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping. Proficiency in MDA is mandatory. Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Market related
