Position: Property Handy Man Start date of position: Immediately Requirements, Skills & type of person for the position: • Min. 2 years’ experience preferable with clear working history • Computer, typing and filing skills – (Excel, Word, Outlook…) • Well organised mature individual with excellent time management skills • Age between 25 & 55 • Excellent telephone etiquette • Excellent client relation skills • Team Player & able to take instructions Your Duties & Responsibilities will be but not limited to: Conduct all Maintenance work allocated–arrange, complete and report Maintenance queries- troubleshoot, identify as emergency or non-emergency, ascertain who is responsible Manage 3rd party contractors Maintenance Comparisons- using inspection report create a list of maintenance items Readings- Monthly Utility Readings Caretaker Management Liaising with clients What do we offer: The cost to company salary between R7,500 to R9,500 depending on experience.
