You're Role: Marketing Properties : Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants for high-end residential properties. Engaging with Potential Tenant s: Communicating with potential tenants to showcase properties and address inquiries. Arranging Viewings / Handling Queries : Scheduling property viewings and addressing any queries from prospective tenants. Tenant Placement and Administration : Managing the process of tenant placement, ensuring compliance with FICA regulations, vetting procedures, and handling leasing documents. Financial Administratio n: Assisting with debtors and other administrative duties related to property management. Senior Certificate (Minimum) Personable and positive attitude, with confidence in interacting with strangers Proven experience in sales or leasing within the property market. Impeccable presentation and communication skills, reflecting a warm and customer-focused approach. Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Own transport is essential.
