Property Maintenance/Handyman - Port Elizabeth
EMAIL CV IF INTERESTEDSeeking maintenance supervisor/all-round handyman for group of property companies Requirements: · General building maintenance and repairs · Basic electricity (cable management, connections, generator supply, pumps, etc.) · Renovations (basic brick work, painting, plastering, tilling, assemble of sanware products (toilets, basin, etc.)) · Basic plumbing · Roofing and waterproofing · Steelworks (welding, 100% accurate measurements for cutting) · Woodwork (measure, cut and assemble) · Experience using hand and electrical tools · Experience with refrigeration maintenance and repairs beneficial · Physical stamina and dexterity – must be able to do physical work, hands on; under 40 years old Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problemsRegularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and request orders when necessary Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulationsLead team of general workersVery good communication and interpersonal skills Conflict resolutionExcellent time management and organisational skillsReport to property controller · Attention to detail · Punctual · Neat presentation · Drivers licence – code 10 beneficial · Forklift drivers licence beneficial
