Property Manager, East London - - East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with relevant degree / diploma and good computer literacy
10 years experience in the property environment with at least 5 years experience in property management
Leasing experience with an existing network of retail and commercial tenants, on a national and regional scale
Must be prepared to travel throughout EC and sleep out

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Maintain high occupancy level and attract tenants by advertising
Conclude lease agreements with new tenants and renewals
Overall management of lease agreements
Meet with tenants and maintain good relationships
Follow up with queries and concerns and resolve complaints
Ensure all properties are maintained and ensure security services are adequate
Oversee new developments, coordinate vendors and execution of projects
Develop project plans and measure project performance
Perform risk management and review monthly management accounts
Propose rental rates and collecting rentals / deposits
Authorizing payments, preparing budgets / expenditures and variances
Prepare reports and participate in educational opportunities
Observe / monitor staff performance, identify training needs
Interview / hire applicants and ensure adherence to companys disciplinary code

Salary: R40 000.00 R50 000.00 per month including Provident fund + Company vehicle & fuel card
