Minimum requirements:

University graduate with a 3-year degree (or related qualification).
Experience in property management.
Hospitality experience.
Understand service delivery, student behaviour and student expectations.
Proven team player: ability to work with a team and achieve daily and monthly goals.
Able to motivate team members and drive unique team member qualities.
Ability to manage conflict head-on and resolve under pressure.
Great time management.
Self-starter: able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.
Detail oriented: pays attention to details regarding processes and extra attention to special requests.
Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills.
Extrovert with great people skills that feeds off the energy of other people and group work.
