A large company based in Germiston are seeking a Property Operations Manager to join their team - Responsible to managing and maintaining all the properties - Ensure safety and functionality of facilities - Managing the maintenance and repair works - Keeping facilities clean and organized on a daily basis - Minimum of 2 years experience in property maintenance or facilities managment - Ability to manage multiple tasks - Very strong organizational and planning skills - Attention to detail - Good communication with experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders such as property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors - Strong knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office as well as Social Media - Experienc eusing property management software preferred - Knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills - Diploma or equivalent is advantageous Negotiable Apply Now
