Reference: DBN002881-Minni-1 Our International client in the aviation industry is seeking a well experience Provisions Manager to join their bubbly team in Cape Town. Duties: To provide day to day support and supervision to the Provisioning Team. To ensure Purchase orders are issued on time and dealt with in a correct manner, according to current procedures and policies. Delivered / non delivered items are marked off in the purchase system Development. Implement new procedures that are in line with the company's strategy and requirement of clients; Source and engage with reliable suppliers that can add value to the supply chain. Creation of economies of scale and fleet pricing agreements. Negotiating with suppliers on price agreements, supply contract and ensure all suppliers have the required certification and client requirements. Review and analyse existing provisioning processes (end-to-end) and identifying appropriate improvements. To work on a plan to develop the provision system further with in the Hill Robinson Group Monitor and manage the distribution of work, and report on team performance, progress of services and issues/risks. Assist the Yacht Management team to control costs and budget management. Requirements: Matric and/or Supply Chain Diploma Experience with ordering all type of food products. Background in Hospitality supply line , company Logistics, Ship supply or procurement Ability to use Microsoft applications. Ideally with excellent experience of SAP by Design or another leading ERP system R69,231 - R69,231 - Monthly plus Travel Costs
