Must have more than 6 years management experience within a Security or related environment. Have a Management Development Programme (MDP) OR equivalent. Must have a PSIRA Grade A Certificate essential Working experience gained in Security Risk Management principles and practices Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate). Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) OR equivalent. advantage but not essential driver’s license Design implement wide range of intelligence specific pro-active and re-active strategic plans Align intelligence strategy and plans to relevant business plans of the company. Intelligence techniques in order to identify strategic and operational threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure capacity and strength of functional talent pool by coordinating, directing and leading Intelligence talent Engage internal and external stakeholders on Intelligence related matters, and support operations on Intelligence related engagement Working within Corporate stakeholder engagement and communication standards, guidelines and strategies. Establish and maintain good working relationships and an sound communication system within the Intelligence/Information Function.
