Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key functions:

Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle
Handle incoming sales or general calls
Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share
Update the client database
Date back orders
Minimize back orders on the back-order on the system
Maintain and check the back-order report
Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery
Assist with problem solving or complaints
Build relationships with clients
Handle request from internal clients or departments
Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required
Assist with switchboard when required
Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required

Qualifications

Minimum requirement is Matric or equivalent NQF.
