Adclick Africa is looking for a Publisher Sales Hunter to build and grow our publisher client base. This role requires a consultative approach, where creativity and flexibility are essential for identifying optimal solutions. Responsibilities Actively prospect new business opportunities with high-volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or onsite customer meetings. Build and grow a sales pipeline of leading Premium Publishers. Research and onboard web publishers to monetize their advertising inventory. Develop a plan of action to evaluate and vet the Publisher's needs while qualifying if they are a good fit for the Adclick Media solutions. Demonstrate a consultative approach to understanding clients' business goals, proposing ideal solutions, and managing their expectations. Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements, liaising closely with Adclick's financial and operation departments. Be accountable for hitting both volume and qualitative goals laid out each month. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the online media sales industry or experience selling SaaS, BI tools, and Enterprise software solutions. Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities Experience in structuring deals and contract negotiations Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and passionate Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and sales skills.
