Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build a Bills of Material from plans.
Resourceful in obtaining prices for specified materials with the ability to go to the source.
Site visits and accurate measurements.
Pricing of bespoke point of sale material and display stands for the retail sector in plastic, metal and wood including digital print.
Extracted material quantities from designers drawings.
Sourced new suppliers and negotiated prices.
Prepared estimated costs which included material, labour and transport.
Submitted prices on online bidding platform.

Additional requirements

Strong knowledge of the building industry.
Concrete and internal wet works (dry walling, ceilings, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting).
Must understand shopfitting and the difference between materials used.
Attention to detail.
Results orientated.
