Description Responsibilities Leading and monitoring the QA team in the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies Oversee the daily operations of the testing team, ensuring all tasks are tested thoroughly Create and implement testing strategies and methodologies that align with the company's goals and objectives Develop and maintain testing plans, including test cases, and test scenarios Manage and prioritize testing efforts across the projects and teams Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes Partner with the automation team to leverage automation Collaborate with cross-teams to ensure that the releases are deployed on time Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process Manage documentation for both the QA process and the Test Case Repository Build a team attracting, hiring, retaining, and motivating the best engineers
