Reference: DBN003552-SS-1 A Leading medical company has a vacancy for a QC Technical Trainer. Job Purpose: Responsible for delivering learning and development and maintaining training programs for QC laboratories. Ensure training needs and competence are kept up to date. Facilitate training and perform all training required by laboratories. Maintain all training matrices and training records of all laboratory staff. Conduct training and co-ordinate training with external providers Key Responsibilities: Facilitate training interventions and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements Conduct training Conduct assessments, moderation and maintain learner records Conduct skills gap analysis in line with current and future needs Update and track all learning and development initiatives, keep track of costs against budget and total spent towards the BBBEE skills development target Source training material and training providers, quality assure learning material, processes and activities to ensure continues improvement Compile and submit Learning and Development data and records Engage learners, provide support, track performance and compliance, identify barriers to learning Manage all training administration and ensure all compliance and audit requirements are met Facilitate leadership, behavioural, technical and business specific / customized programs Evaluate the impact of learning and determine ROI on learning interventions and activities Requirements: BSC qualification or Relevant Qualification 3-5 years training facilitation experience (Preferable) Competent in MS office and Excel Facilitator / Trainer/Assessor / Moderator certification (Preferable) Experience in Chemistry and Microbiology, 3-5 years Competencies: Proactive Effective communication skills Leadership Skills Technical Skills Team Player Problem solving and decision-making skills Planning & prioritizing/ Persuading and Influencing Relating & Networking Following Instructions and Procedures Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations Candidates that meet the criteria may submit their applications via this portal or via vacancy link on www.mnarecruitment.com Should you receive no feedback within 7 days, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
