- Qualified Attorney
- Experience specializing in Third-Party RAF claims.
- Proven track record of success in resolving RAF claims through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Road Accident Fund Act and related legislation.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough case investigations, gathering evidence and medical records.
- Analyze the merits of each claim to determine eligibility and potential compensation under the RAF Act.
- Prepare and draft all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, summons, and settlement agreements.
- Advise and represent clients throughout the claims process, including negotiations with the RAF and legal representation in court or mediation.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other legal professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and case law regarding RAF claims.
- Manage caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on case progress for clients and senior management.
