Requirements
Tertiary qualification in the relevant field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science)
Post Matric Studies in Quality Management Systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role
Proven track record of leading a quality assurance team and implementing quality improvements
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
Job Duties and Responsibilities Set up and conduct system, process and products audits
Review training with team
Ensure calibration of instruments is maintained
Reporting on quality systems performance
Maintain Environmental and Health and Safety requirements
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality meets industry standards
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify potential areas of improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective action
Develop and maintain quality metrics and report findings to senior management
Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance
Conduct training sessions for employees on quality assurance principles and practices
