Requirements: - Post-matric studies in quality management systems. 
- Computer literate (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science)
- ISO9001
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role. 
- Proven track record of leading a quality assurance team and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Manage and report quality management systems. 
- Audit the QMS, processes, and products. 
- Management review. 
- Health and safety monitoring and improvements. 
- Monitor International reasonable practice requirements. 
- Set up and conduct system, process and product audits. 
- Review training with the team. 
- Ensure calibration of instruments is maintained. 
- Represent the company concerning 3rd party audits. 
- Chair management review meetings. 
- Maintain environmental health and safety requirements. 
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality meets industry standards. 
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. 
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify potential areas of improvement. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and report findings to senior management. 
- Conduct training sessions for employees on quality assurance principles and practices.
