Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. Key Performance Areas Establish and maintain an Audit criterion (Process / System). Ensure Quality Management processes are implemented maintained as per IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements. Audit and report on internal processes and systems. Coordinate of 3 rd party audits. Through QA team ensure that System; Process and Product audits are conducted as per IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements. Ensure IATF dashboard is effectively monitored and shared with other management. Monitor and Measure processes effectiveness, inject systematic actions where targets are not meet and ensure countermeasures are effectively implemented. Define procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality core tools and inspection systems. Where appropriate, advise on changes and recommendations on implementation of changes by providing training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve KPIs. Product development. External and internal testing involvement. Qualifications and Experience B Tech Degree / BSC Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or National Diploma in Quality Management (Essential). Min 10 years' experience in a QA manager role position. City & Guild: Quality Assurance. ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor, VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, Quality Core Tools and Six Sigma. Experience in implementing of IATF 16949 and lean manufacturing. Project Management experience as it applies to the Quality discipline. Expert in leading root cause analysis and training of team.
