Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our client's team. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. They will work closely with other departments to implement and improve quality control processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and audits to evaluate product quality and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality. Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality audits. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in a quality assurance role. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Experience with conducting inspections, audits, and quality data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is preferred.
