Quality Control Administrator - Groblersdal
Job Description:
- Maintain crucial producer information to ensure quality standards.
- Keep all relevant accreditations updated for seamless operations.
- Ensure the Azzule platform is annually updated for regulatory compliance.
- Manage Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and spray records database meticulously.
- Handle all communication regarding MRLs, spray records, and accreditations with clients promptly.
- Process Pack House QC reports efficiently to maintain product integrity.
- Capture and process arrival QC reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate and forward final QC reports and summaries promptly.
- Take responsibility for handling Marine insurance claims to safeguard our operations.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the fruit export sector.
- Possess a natural attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English for effective communication.
- Strong computer literacy skills for data management.
- Prefer to follow due process and protocols diligently.
- Have a working knowledge of customer and market quality standards.
- Excel in communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
