This role demands a keen attention to detail and a thorough understanding of quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control.
- Welding Inspector
- ISO 3834 Responsible Welding Coordinator.
- Manage ISO3834 framework.
- Maintain rigorous material identification and control procedures.
- Create and control Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
- Review data packs.
- Review and update weld maps.
- Develop and maintain quality control processes to monitor and improve product quality.
- Non-Destructive Testing.
- Collaborate with Approved Inspection Authorities (AIAs) to ensure external inspections meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage ISO3834 Audits.
- Level 2 Welding Inspector (Preferred)
- Level 1 Welding Inspector with suitable experience
- Experience with ISO 3834 framework
- Computer Literacy - MS Excel, Office 365
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in welding and quality control
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and external inspectors
