Key Responsibilities: Perform inspections and tests on products according to established procedures and specifications. Preparing of shipments documents – inspection packs and scanning to Management Record and report inspection results accurately and promptly. Identify and document any non-conforming items or processes. Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues in collaboration with the line manager. Maintain inspection equipment and ensure they are calibrated and functioning properly. Assist in development Projects and sample approvals. Samples management (internal/external) Assist in compiling & maintaining product/packaging specifications database. Required Qualifications: Matric compulsory. National diploma or equivalent in Operations Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering. Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in recording data. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Must be able to use a computer, Microsoft package. Soft Skills: Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously examine products, materials, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
