Grade 12 Preferred Requirement: Degree or Diploma in food sciences Minimum 2 year proven food science experience as a Quality Controller MUST have Microbiology, Sampling, shelf-life testing knowledge Knowledge of export criteria ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 training Knowledge of Food safety system Knowledge of SAP program Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40kg, safely Perform inspections of product at random and specified points to ensure conformity to specifications.
