Quality Controller - Stellenbosch

Hire Resolve’s client in Manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Quality Controller to join their team in the Western Cape.Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct inspections and quality checks on all incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.2. Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.3. Work closely with production teams to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances.4. Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and results, and provide regular reports to management.5. Analyze data and trends related to quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.6. Assist in the investigation of root causes of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.7. Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures.8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to product quality and ensure compliance.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, etc.).2. Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.8.
