Quality Controller - Cape Town City Centre
Responsibilities:
- Checking the quality of delivered commodities as well as the packaging thereof.
- Assisting with customer complaints.
- Improve the quality systems.
- Ensure that all potential problems are addressed before they occur so that the company is in line with the audit requirements.
- Oversee the product development procedures to identify any deviations.
- Inspecting the final output and comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final product.
- Reporting, managing, and resolving schedules.
- Food certification.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have the ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of federal and industry standards.
