· Compiling of daily, weekly, and monthly reports · Statistical process control · Conduct VDA 6.3 audits · IATF 16949 :2016 Quality management system Audits · Product Audits to VDA 6.5 standards, · Maintaining a system of reporting, monitoring, and control of the various audits findings. · Supplier Audits · Providing formalized quality assurance training to employees as and when required. · Implementing of Product Quality Improvement Projects as assigned by the manager. · Grade 12 · Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage · Experience in working with VW as a customer would be an advantage. · Minimum 5 years relevant Quality Assurance experience in the automotive component manufacturing industry is required. · Working experience and familiarity with VDA requirements, · Supplier audit experience will be an advantage · SPC experience. · Experience with automotive PPAP · Conversant with the PPAP and APQP processes, including related documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, Flow Charts) · Working knowledge of QMS system standard IATF 16949: 2016 · Systems / Process auditor qualifications · Effective writing and reporting skills.
