Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Quality & Food Safety Executive to spearhead their mission of maintaining the highest standards in food quality and safety. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary leader to make a significant impact on the food industry by ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. - Champion the enhancement and upkeep of Food Safety systems, ensuring compliance and leading-edge standards. - Lead the charge in technical innovation within the facilities to elevate quality and streamline processes. - Provide dynamic leadership to the Quality and Food Safety teams, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance. - Cultivate pivotal customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. - Manage costs effectively, balancing budget constraints with the need for top-tier quality and food safety. - A robust educational background with a Degree in Food Science or Technology. - A decade of experience in managing Quality and Food Safety Systems, including FSSC 22000, IBL, and BRC. - Proficiency in systems auditing and customer management. - Expertise in baking, flour-related knowledge, and handling high-risk, perishable goods. - Skilled in MS Office and familiar with SAP.
