Quality Supervisor - Cape Town City Centre
Overseeing and managing the quality control process
Developing and implementing quality assurance policies to comply with ISO9001-2015 standards
Regularly inspecting production processes and products to identify any issues
Collaborating with other supervisors and engineers to resolve quality problems
Analyzing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
Handling customer complaints and ensuring preventive measures are in place
Maintaining all documentation required to demonstrate compliance
Ensuring the accuracy of testing equipment
Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Educating other supervisors on quality-related topics
Skills & Experience:
Five years of experience managing quality control in a production setting
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO9001-2015 and related methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities and strong leadership qualities
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Proficient in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and address challenges in a manufacturing context
Qualification:
Matric
ISO9001-2015 certification
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
