Our client is seeking a visionary Quality Systems Manager to spearhead the enhancement of their Integrated Management and Quality Assurance systems. This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement in the packaging industry. - Architect and oversee the integrated management system, ensuring seamless documentation and process standardization. - Empower sites with robust IMS documentation and enhance compliance through targeted training programs. - Vigilantly monitor external and internal standards, initiating updates to maintain cutting-edge quality processes. - Champion internal audits, collaborate in external audits, and drive improvement initiatives with tenacity. - Schedule and conduct key supplier audits, aligning closely with Procurement to uphold quality standards. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 8 years of pertinent experience. - Manufacturing industry background, with a keen understanding of international IMS tools and techniques. - Proficient in auditing standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000. - Capability to master BPM software for business process modeling, supplemented by excellent computer literacy. - Analytical prowess, independence, and a goal-driven mindset. - Proficiency in English and local languages, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. - Computer savvy, particularly with MS Office suite.
