Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Reporting quality incidents and non-conformances Quality Inspection patrol and reporting on findings Mentors, trains, guides, and provides knowledge and support to team members Provide on the job training to ensure quality standards are met Ensure non-conformance parts/materials are identified with hold labels and placed in quarantine Participates in Continuous improvement activities Participate in 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method and Material) Actively participate in the implementation ISO and ITAF standards Update and maintain calibration register/schedule. Implementation of Health and Safety Standards Qualifications Matric Relevant Higher Diploma or Certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields ISO certification ISO 9001. ISO14001, ITAF 16949 Skills At least 5 years relevant Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience in a Quality Supervisory role or similar position in Automotive Manufacturing or Manufacturing or related Understanding of QMS is critical Reads and Interprets Quality specification data with un understanding of company policies and internal controls. Knowledge of Auto CAD, Poly Works Faro programs advantageous Familiar with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment Employee and Industrial Relations knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft applications, with intermediate Excel Salary / Package R15,000 - R17,000 CTC PM Benefits Medical Aid Provident Fund Performance Bonus
