RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled, and contracts are managed effectively. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, conducting cost analysis, and providing accurate and timely financial reports. You will also be responsible for managing variations, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
