Your responsibilities will include analyzing construction plans, preparing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors. Responsibilities Analyze construction plans and specifications to estimate costs accurately. Prepare and submit cost estimates for construction projects. Track project expenses and manage budgets. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success. Assist with contract administration and dispute resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in using construction estimating software. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
