Salary : Negotiable, depending on experience Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying Valid Candidate QS registration with SACQSP Fluent in English (speak, read and write) Ability to read Building Plans Knowledge of B.O.Q. Computer literate in the following programs: CCS or Buildsmart WinQS or DimX Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Duties & Responsibilities: Compilation and monitoring of project budgetary allowances Preparation works for interim monthly Valuations to client Manage sub-contractor accounts Preparation works for Final accounts (Client and Sub-contractors) Site visits and site measurements Preparation of tender documents Reading of building plans Provide progress reports on contractors The above list of duties is not necessarily complete and the employee undertakes to perform any other reasonable instruction given by the employer quickly and effectively
