One of our bespoke and high-end Project fit-out clients based within the Bryanston area are currently looking for a suitable Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The company has a strong focus on Retail, Commercial and residential sectors. The role involves liasing with Project Managers, Interior Designers, Contractors and Architects. The successful canddiate should have full turnkey working experience Duties & Responsibilities Analyse cost of materials and labour expenses of a project Costing of finished goods Collaborating with Contractors, Interior Designers and Architects Discussing cost estimates with various clients Presenting cost reports to clients Desired Experience & Qualification A minimum of three years working experience within the interior design project fit out industry Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Strong conceptual planning skills Package & Remuneration R 600 000 CTC Per Annum (Based on Experience)
