- You will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, coupled with 3-5 years experience in large scale projects, specifically in piping, mechanical and structural steel fabrication and construction projects.
- You will have sound working knowledge of pre- and post contract functions such as cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, risk analysis, tendering compilation, claims management, estimations, project scheduling, reporting and preparing of final accounts
- You will have experience in measuring and recording site information, managing variations and progress reporting.
- You will have a solid understanding of contract preparation, ideally NEC3 and prepare Bill of Quantities.
- You will be organised, high energy and a keen eye for detail.
- You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
