You'll be instrumental in creating high-performance web platforms using a diverse tech stack, including, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Node.js, and SQL Server. Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable web applications with React, prioritizing user experience and performance. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and standards. Create reusable components and libraries, optimizing applications for speed and scalability. Work closely with UX/UI designers to produce aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with backend developers for seamless API integration. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and robustness. Stay current with the latest advancements in React and web development trends. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in React-based web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a deep understanding of React principles, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle. Proven ability to implement responsive designs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills. Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality code and user interfaces that meet or exceed design specifications. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical challenges and solutions to team members across various functions. Preferred Skills: Experience with building and deploying applications using Electron. Expertise in server-side rendering techniques, particularly with Next.js. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in iterative development environments.
